BLUE, PURPLE, PINK, GREEN, ORANGE, CELESTE, GRAY, BROWN, GRAY/GREEN, with percentileabsorption changes ranging from 5% to 70% (in intermediate absorptions).

The Colorations

The most important and unique feature of AUTOCOLOR lenses is that some shades vary from one color to another based on external and internal light, with tints useful in particular applications and in the treatment of the visual problems mentioned above.

The high quality of the material from which AUTOCOLOR lenses are made and the research carried out within Roman Optica laboratories, in addition to the many variations in shade and absorption, can be further customized by adding other colors (uniform and shaded) during construction, thus creating a SUPER CUSTOMIZED final product.

The renewed and updated technology available in Roman Optica laboratories, allows us to provide AUTOCHROMATIC lenses in both Series and Prescription (Monofocal, Bifocal, Progressive, Degressive and Antifatigue), thus succeeding in satisfying the patient of any age.

The AUTOCOLOR lens line consists of two product groups.

AUTOCOLOR FANTASY

Lenses in the “FANTASY” range have very pleasant BLUE, PURPLE and PINK shades with an absorption rate ranging from 10% to 40%.

These shades allow ample frame and lens combinations for absolutely exclusive and unique eyewear for those who want to customize their look and style.

The colors belonging to the FANTASY line, thanks to the maximum absorption intensity (40 percent) and shades, are also particularly suitable for those engaged in indoor activities.

AUTOCOLOR CLASSIC

In the CLASSIC line we find shades in Grey and Brown colors, with the real novelty represented by the exclusive GREY/GREEN coloring that has always been in high demand among wearers as it is very popular in sunglasses.

CLASSIC Autochromatic lenses start from a very low intensity 10% and go up to high intensities 70%. The rapid and intense light/dark/light variation makes these lenses ideal for those who want eyewear useful for any activity and visual need.

Especially recommended for those who engage in dynamic outdoor and indoor activities.

AUTOCOLOR CHANGE COLOR

CHANGE lenses are one of a kind.

LENS ORANGE / GREY is a 20% Orange (interior) lens that varies to a 50% Grey (exterior) color. The ORANGE/GREY lens has proven to be very useful in night and daytime driving as it increases the quality of vision of the wearer.

VIOLET/SKYBLUE lens is a Purple 10% (interior) color that varies to a Light Blue 15% (exterior) color.

GREEN/BLUE lens is a Green 10% (inner) color that varies to a Blue 20% (outer) color.

These lenses, due to their tenuous selective coloring with spectral curve variation, prove useful particularly in indoor work environments, where illumination is almost always the result of artificial radiation, which can vary from room to room in interaction with light from the external environment.
